It's Survival Boot Camp -- outdoor, high-intensity fitness training in the Kansas City area, for young and old, male and female, athletes and non-athletes. No matter your fitness level, you'll be challenged. We get together for an intense workout in various parks throughout Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, and Independence.

The atmosphere is challenging, motivating, upbeat and friendly. It's addictive! We know you'll want to re-enlist again and again because there's nothing else like our program...we guarantee it! Survival Boot Camp is now offering a 6 DAY PER WEEK option for all camps. If your preferred location offers less than 6 camps a week, you can attend camp in any other location for the additional days.

It's easy to enroll in Boot Camp and with our easy-to-understand pricing structure, you can pay conveniently through PayPal. We'll keep track of your camps and make it easy for you to re-enroll when the time comes. We feature a "no excuses" guarantee. Either you love Boot Camp, or you don't's just that simple.

Customize your nutrition

Survival Boot Camp now offers customized nutrition plans through our nutrition partner, Venice Nutrition. While other programs create a cycle where you lose weight and then gain it back time and again, Venice Nutrition will teach you how to keep it off permanently,
all while feeling great and enjoying the foods you love. This has been an often-requested feature by our campers, so we've added it in 2010 to help complete your total fitness package.

Choose a camp schedule

No other boot camp offers this much flexibility. Just pick out the number of days per week you want to join us for boot camp (from 2-6!), then check out our updated calendar of boot camps - always online through Google Calendars so you can sync with your own calendar. Pay for the frequency you like, and join us on the scheduled days. We don't cancel classes unless there is life-threatening weather — we want to make boot camp a natural part of your busy week.
