Boot Camp is a month-long outdoor (indoor during the winter) fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals . It also tailors to those who have or had injuries or physical ailments which restrict their workout intensity.

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day we will slightly increase intensity.

Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, non-specific sports training, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more! Women will need to bring a set of 5 or 8 pound weights; men please bring 10 or 12 pound weights!

You can enroll for the Boot Camp and the optional nutrition program from this page. Add each item (the boot camp session and the nutritional package) to your cart and then check out using PayPal, or send your check to the address below.

If you are a first-time camper, you will fill out a waiver and short medical history first. You'll also set up your username and password to use on future visits.

Each camp location offers a different number of days per week...but if you want more days, you can freely attend a different location's camp on those extra day(s).
